Urea moulding compound (UMC), also known as electric jade powder or urea
formaldehyde molding compound, is a thermosetting plastic made from formaldehyde
resin as the substrate, cellulose as the filler, and added with lubricants,
curing agents, hardeners, pigments, and other additives. It has the
characteristics of low volatile matter content and easy exhaust, and is suitable
for injection molding methods. It is mainly used to manufacture insulation
structural components and mechanical parts for daily appliances, low-voltage
appliances, instruments, etc. It can optimize injection molding performance
according to different customers, products, colors, and production conditions,
and provide the most suitable materials for each customer.
Color: Can be colored freely, customers can match colors according to Pantone
color card numbers or provide samples for color matching.
