Generally, when the mold temperature exceeds, the flowability rapidly decreases. Its curing rate is slow and it releases a large amount of heat, so thick walled products often experience uneven curing and overheating due to the difficulty in releasing internal heat.

3. Phenolic molding plastics usually require drying treatment before molding, with a drying temperature of 90-12 (Tt) and a drying time of 60 seconds.
