The screw barrel for electric wood injection molding processing is specialized and does not require full heating. Generally, an oil temperature machine is used to control the temperature of the barrel accurately. The material bucket has an isolation layer for heating and oil circulation, and the temperature is generally controlled between 55~95. If the temperature is too high, it will cause the electric wood powder to solidify, and the mold needs to be heated. Electric wood powder is a thermosetting plastic, and the moving mold is generally 10-25 degrees higher than the fixed mold. The moving mold is set between 155~195 degrees, and some may have a higher temperature.
